As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Masonite®, I apply my networking, HR, and recruiting skills to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various positions. I work with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand the hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. I also manage the full cycle of recruitment, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding. I have over ten years of experience in talent acquisition, having worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Hudson RPO and as a Staffing Director for AgeWell Care Solutions before joining Masonite®. In these roles, I supported clients from different industries, such as healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, and filled positions ranging from entry-level to executive-level. I successfully delivered multiple hiring projects within tight deadlines and budget constraints, and maintained high levels of customer satisfaction and candidate experience. I hold two Associate of Arts degrees in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, where I learned the fundamentals of HR practices, laws, and ethics. I also speak fluent Spanish, which enables me to communicate with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
