-Serve as the Accession Chief, ensuring the commissioning of all Marine SelectMidshipman.-Serve as the Operations Chief, responsible for the establishment, management, andoperation of all annual events.-Serve as the Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Marine Detachment, providing astutecounsel to the Senior Marine Representative, sound advice to the Marine Officers, andproviding leadership and direction for the Drill Instructors, Marines, and PriorEnlisted Midshipmen-Assist the Naval Academy Marine Detachment in planning, coordinating, and supervisingall activities that support the unit's mission.-Serve as the liaison for Marine Corps Recruiting Command in all matters related torecruitment and accession pertaining to the USNA and MARDET.-Assist with the development, management, and execution of the annual campaign plan, toinclude enlisted admissions.

Served as the advisor to the Recruiting Director for all end-to-end full lifecycle recruiting activities and oversaw the activities of 11 different recruiting offices.-Directly responsible to the RS CO on matters pertaining to the training of recruiters.-Primary duties include orchestrating the production and training efforts of assignedEnlisted personnel as the senior enlisted career recruiter.-Responsible for training command group members, SNCOICs, and enlisted recruiters on theemployment of systematic recruiting and communication skills.-Responsible for analyzing activity and providing course corrections to the Operationssection and CO on a daily basis.-Responsible for clarifying input and pertinent recruiting data for monthly planning.-Advising the RS CO on matters pertaining to training, recruiter evaluation, and missionaccomplishment.-Responsible for troubleshooting and providing guidance to recruiting sub-stations thatare failing to achieve their assigned mission in contracting and/or shipping.-Recommend future SNCOICs and Career Recruiters to the Commanding Officer.

-Provide training to Sales Force and analysis daily operations at all Recruiting Sub-Stations (RSS),both Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) and Officer Selection Teams(OST). -Maintain administrative reports and detail follow-up actions required from CommandGroup -Inspections, and Sales Training and Assistance visits to each RSS.-Conduct the Quarterly Recruiter summaries and performance observations. -Conduct the Quarterly Supervisor visits, summaries, and performance observations.-Perform Supervisor training and certifications -Assist in the planning and execution of all Sales training and Sales Analyzation. -Serve as a Command Group primary planner during Command Group Action Planning.-Provide recommendations for the reorganization of RS assets, develop programinitiatives, and recommend assignment of recruiting personnel as directives.-Uphold Marine Corps standards in accordance with orders and directives.
