In addition, provided consulting services on Technology Roadmap Designs, PMO mobilizations, Remote Access and Security solutions.

Led a $10 million project for the development and implementation of package scanning and tracking solution. Managed the project plans, tracked results and reported status to Senior Leadership. Recruited, developed and retained a highly qualified team of technical staff for several specialized positions that included desktop engineers, software engineers, hardware technicians, database administrators and support.
