People And Culture Business Partner
Current- Lead and perform all HR responsibilities including policy development, performance management, compensation planning analysis, total rewards administration including benefits, incentives, vacation and RRSP programs.
- Work closely with managers and senior leadership to provide direction and guidance in the management of staff on an ongoing basis; as a business partner, understand and support timely resolution of issues impacting.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including anticipating and developing pipeline of talent for key positions to support our continued growth.
- Expand the training & talent management framework to ensure an appropriate mix of learning and opportunities exist for all employees
- Support employee orientation program and ensure it incorporates recent legislation with respect to benefits, diversity, etc.
- Support the integration of employees resulting from any acquisitions
