Josema is an experienced manager, executive and strategist who has worked for over 25 years in open Web and digital rights. He was the Interim CEO of the Web Foundation where he was its longest-serving team member. After a sabbatical in 2023, he recently started to work as a strategic advisor on digital strategy and data governance.He has led strategy development, contributed to business development, raised funds from donor foundations, corporations and governments, and managed projects across more than 20 countries.
