As a Project Analyst for MTU I expanded my teams abilities and advanced the development and testing of the high-pressure compressor for Pratt and Whitney's commercial jet engine programs. I assisted in defining instrumentation requirements, road mapping hardware, defining assembly inspection priorities and formalizing test objectives. Additionally, I coordinated and led cross-functional team status meetings, and produced technical presentations for milestone reviews. I frequently collaborated and communicated with development teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to consult on issues to effectively bring action items to closure.

In my position with QuEST Global I was able to learn and work in variety of roles. From hardware roadmapping to data analysis I was able to become an impactful asset to any team - I aided in creating and implementing processes to track, deliver and update developmental tooling on Pratt and Whitney's shop floor. Utilizing SAP and Access, I produced tooling repair, new make, and alteration orders. I ensured the delivery of tools to Pratt and Whitney's shop floor according to engine build schedule by troubleshooting and mitigating delivery problems so no work stoppages occurred. Using skills I have learned in previous positions I was able to become a liaison between engineers, planners and buyers to send tooling to vendors for alterations, repairs and new assets. In earlier roles I dealt heavily in data collection, analysis and reporting of quality trends and root cause issues for high profile meetings.
