As the Service Director at Jim Ellis Audi Marietta, I oversee all aspects of the service department, including customer relations, staff development, operations management, and profitability. I have been in this role for almost four years, and I have successfully led the team to achieve record levels of performance and customer satisfaction. I have increased shop flat rate hours by 7,200 YoY, increased net operating profit by 103.4% adding an additional $1.7 million YoY in service department growth.My core competencies are customer relationship management (CRM), budgeting and forecasting, expense control, building teams, staff training, operations efficiency, and looking ahead to continue shop production growth and overall revenue. I have over 21+ years of experience in the automotive service industry, and I have worked my way up from Valet to a Service Advisor to a Service Manager to a Service Director.
