Currently my role, from April 2023, is as a ‘Integration Project Manager’. This role has enabled me to develop my project management skills to the extent that I have led projects to its completion with several clients.My role has involved;• Coordinating cross-functional teams• Aligning integration efforts with overarching business goals• Developing and executing a comprehensive integration strategy• Managing timelines• Ensuring effective communication among international stakeholders. Additionally, I have used data analysis and modeling techniques to provide insights that help in decision-making. I have identified opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement through a varying number of business-intelligence tools.During my tenure as a project manager, I played a pivotal role in significantly impacting the company's financial success. Through my strategic efforts, • I contributed to generating 2 million dollars in small order sales, showcasing my ability to capitalize on various business opportunities. • I successfully assisted in managing projects with costs exceeding 500,000 dollars, demonstrating my proficiency in overseeing complex and substantial initiatives. • I have consistently worked on projects with costs exceeding 100,000 dollars, showcasing my experience in handling substantial budgets and delivering successful outcomes in a diverse range of project environments. • These projects have been in both integration and implementation teams, enabling me to cohesively undertake projects from differing angles, with numerous teams to ultimately provide a product to the customer.• These roles have required me to engage in frank conversations with customers on matters such as scope creep and restrictive timelines to ensure the correct path has been taken in providing a completed project to the requirements set out at the start.

In my time at Dedalus UK I have covered a number of roles. Within this period, I have had the opportunity to sample the business change, app development, scrum leading, testing, project management, sales, and the Integration teams. All roles are centred around providing healthcare-focused software to healthcare environments to provide a more streamlined and efficient system. Providing useful technology to the healthcare world is both incredibly knowledgeable and rewarding. The insight into how this sector can be improved gives myself further cause to gain experience and knowledge to tackle the global issues healthcare faces.

My role at Wilkos was predominately in the warehouse and my roles included, moving and lifting goods to the area of the store where it is needed. I was also used on the shop floor, wherein I used to replenish stock and deal with customer sales and any problems they may have.

My role at Highfield farm was predominately a farm hand. This meant that i undertook various roles around the farm such as painting, sawing, welding and herding. The fast pace, the physical demands and the long hours taught me valuable lessons in maintaining a working environment, working with animals and to diversifying my skill set into whatever the tasks required of me.

Immediately once I arrived in Australia I began work in a restaurant of which I worked for 6 months. Within this role I learnt valuable lessons in greeting customers and working for long hours. This also gave me an opportunity to learn small cultural changes that are present in Australian life. Within this role I worked on the floor, pass and behind the bar.

The role of camp counselor entailed many differing roles including 24/7 child minding, preparation for varying activities and detailed reports on the children’s progression at the camp. The camp was situated within the United States and this differing environment gave me incredibly useful lessons in how to work in other countries with differing cultural approaches towards tasks. Importantly the job was useful in developing my patience towards tasks that I and others were challenged with on a daily basis.

My role within the cop op involved being a customer team member. Whilst working there I worked on all areas of the shop, from tills and deliveries to replenishment. The environment of the co-op has allowed me to embrace constant change and new ways of working shifts at varying times of the day. Throughout my time I showed dedication, commitment and punctuality to the role. Most importantly I have learnt valuable skills in dealing with customers on a one to one basis in a fast-paced working environment.

I took on the position as a sorting clerk at the General Post Office in Manchester during the Christmas period. While there, I worked unsociable hours during the busiest time of the year. This allowed me to experience constant demands to achieve daily targets and taught me valuable lessons in working within teams to reach these targets.
