As a Construction Manager currently at Lennar and having been a Senior Production Supervisor at Williams Scotsman, construction superintendent with William Lyon Homes, and Woodside Homes I have an extensive track record of delivering key leadership and insights taking construction operations to new levels of performance always meeting or exceeding schedules and delivery dates. My experience and skill set are very similar to what is required of your CONSTRUCTION MANAGER positions. With over 24 years of construction industry experience; 16 years residential construction management experience I personally managed the construction of 180 semi-custom homes, 120 track homes, and 8 custom homes in the Las Vegas valley from 2002 to 2012. I have gained strong leadership skills, excellent with scheduling, knowledge of labor laws understanding of IRC/ICC Codes, great with time management, ability to work well under pressure and gained a keen eye for attention to detail. With William Scotsman I developed strong knowledge of employee health and safety as well as site safety and compliance through periodic safety inspection audits and daily safety and production meetings, with use of various spread sheets and logs i.e., OSHA /DOT / DQF / Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point. I am also proficient with Salesforce / JDE / OMB operating systems. With use of OSHA operating standards, supported by robust training and communication action, “DuPont STOPTM” I maintain a safer workplace. I have a 100% safety audit rating over my 7 years with Willscot.
