At Hoyle Tanner, Joe is a Senior Vice President and Division Manager for our Municipal Engineering Services group. Joe is well-respected in the environmental field by his clients, regulators, and many of his peers who selected him as the 2016 NH Engineer of the Year. In his current role, he manages a team of civil and environmental engineers, coordinates with clients, and serves as Principal-in-Charge. He also provides guidance to project managers and engineers in the group to support their individual success while monitoring project budgets and client satisfaction. Joe is on the Board of Directors at Hoyle Tanner and has held leadership positions with other consulting firms and professional engineering societies including serving terms on Boards of Directors and as President for the New Hampshire chapter of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE-NH) and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC-NH).

Hoyle, Tanner's Environmental Division includes a diverse group of engineers among five offices who provide water and wastewater treatment engineering, asset management, stormwater compliance and design, industrial pretreatment programs, utilities design, site evaluations and site design, funding application assistance and funding program management, regulatory assistance. Our consulting practice provides services to public and private clients from study phase through implementation.
