I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a minor in Business. My academic journey has been driven by a belief in the power of effective communication to create positive change and impact. Alongside my studies, I have taken on leadership roles at Sigma Nu Fraternity, Inc., where I have gained valuable experience in public relations, social media marketing, and brand management, as well as mental health awareness and advocacy.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have practical experience in the real estate industry as a Leasing Agent at Boardwalk Realty. Here, I apply my sales and customer service skills to conduct showings and close leases for residential properties. In less than a year, I have closed 43 leases, exceeding my targets and building a strong rapport with clients and colleagues. This role has further fueled my passion for real estate and my eagerness to learn more about market trends and opportunities in the industry.Moreover, my previous positions as a Camp Director and a Client Advisor have helped me develop essential skills such as management, adaptability, and empathy.
