I Provide Project Management (PM) support functions to include: baseline validation and review, estimating, planning, scheduling, and project performance assessment. I Support internal and external project reviews and validations. I Conduct, coordinate, or attend internal reviews and develop necessary corrective action recommendations in preparation for critical decision approvals and project optimization. Provide support to the project delivery team (PDT) in the form of project scheduling, monitoring and analysis. I Work closely with PDT in setting project goals and analyzing the status of projects. I ensure the timely creation and maintenance of project schedules and reports. Continuously monitor progress with milestones and funding and implements earned value analysis where it could be applied, upon request. I create, monitor and maintain approximately one hundred schedules utilizing Primavera. Maintain documentation as required by local and higher policies and procedures. Prepare reports to reflect program/project status, cost and schedule trends, funding and project uncertainties. Work independently and as a member of the team dependent upon mission or assigned task. Maintains knowledge of and performs work in accordance with: agency standards (Project Management Business Processes) and fundamentals (PMBOK), policies, and network analysis system approaches. Ensures the consistency and accuracy of data entered. I assisted with the writing of the statusing standard operating procedures and the quality assurance/control documents. I am well versed in Oracle/Primavera Project Manager P3e thru P6. I also utilize P6 Web which functions as my main tool to interface projects to the Corps Financial Management System (CEFMS). I have a working knowledge of Microsoft Project as well as the entire Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Army Corps Of Engineers Fort Worth, Tx

I worked as an independent contractor for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Fort Worth, Texas. I was part of team of project schedulers in the Corps of Engineers Southwest Project Management Office (PMO) assisting and advising the Corps of Engineers on the usage and implementation of Primavera Project Management software. I ran daily routines to interface projects to the Corps of Engineers Financial Management system through Oracle Projects. I compiled daily reports of projects finished, progress/update schedules, and coordinate office activities. I scheduled projects and conducted Quality Assurance of those projects. I maintained a database and ran reports from that database. I assisted Corps of Engineer Project Mangers in project schedule development being the "expert" on schedule implementation. I handled over 800 Military and Civil Works Construction projects. I organized training material and prep computer software and hardware for training for P3e and Primavision training. I was responsible for the fluid completion of projects; the gathering of information from Project Managers to Schedule those projects; the quality assurance of data contained in those project schedules conformed and met the current reporting and milestone directives as set forth by HQ Army Corps of Engineers and subsequent commands.I served as the Lead scheduler on Military project construction. I developed templates to be used by team to facilitate new project builds. I reviewed and trained junior schedulers work pertaining to military programs. I mentored project managers in proper scheduling techniques as well as interface troubleshooting and program software usage.I was part of the Project Delivery Team award for the Fort Hood Barracks construction project. I was primary on the Fort Bliss Combat Aviation Brigade construction.

Laredo, Texas

My resposibilities and duties included enforcing the Immigration laws of the United States. I also had cross designated authority for enforcement involving U.S. Customs violations and violations involving the Controlled Substance Act form the Drug Enforcment Administration. I patrolled the U.S./Mexican border near the Laredo, Texas area detering, detecting, and apprehending those that had entered the United States in vilotion of those laws. I performend Freight Train Check, Checkpoint, linewatch and sensor repsonse duties. I am trained in the "art" of "sign cutting"; observing changes in the landscape and tracking of those distrubences in order to apprehend those that have entered the United States illegally. During this period I was detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Charleston, SC as a Law Instructor. I instructed those newly hired agents in all phases of Immigration Law, Criminal Law, Consitutional Law, Statutory Law, as well as Border Patrol Policies and Procedures. I conducted formal and informal evaluations of those trainee agents. Also during this period, I was a U.S. Border Patrol Recruiter, where my duties included attending job fairs, universities and other functions to recruit candidates to become agents with the U.S Border Patrol. I conducted group and indvidual speaking engagements on the aspects of the Border Patrol Agent. As a senior Patrol Agnet I review the cases of those agents appointed below me for comleteness and correctness. If no supervisor is present I made the decisions involving those cases until a supervisor could be attanined. I worked independenlty within a team concept with little or no supervision. I also was responsible for training those newly assigned agents to the Laredo North Station instructing them in all the duties of being a Border Patrol Agent

Fort Bragg, Nc

I was a UH-60 Blackhawk air assault pilot assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division. My duties included conducting air assault, live fire, air mobile, and sling load missions under day, night, IMC, VMC, and night Vision goggles in support of the 82nd Airborne Division. During this period, I was deployed to Saudi Arabia in suppport of operation Desert Sheild/Desert Storm. I flew over 140 immenient danger hours and 10 hours of actual combat time in support of these operations accident free. During this period, decisions were made under extremely stressful situations, and often involving human life. I also acted as the company's Maintenance Officer responsible for 15 UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters and 15 crewchiefs and the maintenance priorities with these aircraft. I was responsible for scheduling aircraft for mission, and preparing reports on the Company's maintenance readiness level to command on a daily basis. I acted as the Company's Key Contril and Security Officer, responsible for the policies and procedures of document and key control security. I computorized the Company's personnel high value dollar items, and conduct periodoc inspections of the company's area noting the security "pit falls". My responsibilities passed all Battalion and higher Command inspections relating to key control and Security.

Frankfurt Area, Germany

I acted as a Divisional Military Policeman enforcing the laws governed for United States Code of Military Justice and the United States Army Europe Command. I performed patrol duties, general officer security, convoy security, traffic duties, and the plainclothes personal security during the highlighted terrorists activities in Germany at that time. During this time, I acted as the driver for the 3rd Armored Division Provost Marshal. My duties included: vehicle maintenance, radio operations and control/safekeeping sensitive maps and encoding and decoding equipment.
