I manage the general contractor relations, the pre-construction planning, the budgeting, the scheduling, the quality control, and the safety compliance of each project. I also collaborate with the area managers, the field managers, the sales team, and the design center to ensure the customer satisfaction and the profitability of the company. I have more than 5 years of experience in the construction industry, working my way up from a field manager to an area manager, and now to a director. I have developed strong skills in construction management, general contractor relations, and pre-construction, as well as a passion for building quality homes that meet the needs and expectations of the buyers.
