Directed and supervised the operation of organizations of 108-328 personnel during training missions and operational deployments. Maintained full accountability and readiness of over $41 million worth of organizational and installation equipment to include 182 vehicles, trailors, and generators, and over 2,000 weapons, night vision devices, and communications systems. Directed and supervised the training and readiness of ten subordinate units in preparation for no-notice worldwide deployment for combat operations. Ensured the sustained health, welfare, morale, and discipline of 328 personnel in the organization. ACHIEVEMENTS: - Commended by Commanding General for successfully training and leading 2 separate organizations through deployments to the National Training Center in California, and Operation Bright Star in Egypt.- Provided routine high quality support to the Army Infantry Center in the form of trainers, demonstrations, and combined arms live fire exercises.- Led the only unit, out of 8 inspected during the Command Inspection, to pass all areas and receive Commendable ratings (90%) on key commodity areas of Arms Room, Supply, and Maintenance. - As Instructor/Trainer, expertly trained, mentored, and certified over 200 junior Army officers, personally conducting over 75% of the total training in essential skills and employment of critical assets.
