• Responsible for a 565suite resort• Respond to guests asking for the manager, listen/empathize w/ the guest, resolve the challenge, and following up to make sure the challenge was resolved efficiently• Training team members • Reading through, correcting grammar/punctuation, investigating, and following up on incident reports completed by other officers• Promoting teamwork within the department• Building and supporting teamwork between other departments and security• Reviewing schedules• Completing mobile and foot patrols of property to secure areas and check for safety concerns• First responder for medical and/or first aid challenges• Incident investigations, reporting, and follow ups• Maintaining logs and reports• Maintaining key control• Providing guest assistance• Assisting other departments as needed

Started as a Security Officer patrolled the grounds of this 584 suite resort. I wrote guest injury reports worked on guest lost and found items. I assisted the Phoenix Fire Department for guest injuries along with the Phoenix Police Department for dealing with unruly guests. I did key control wrote a daily log checked all doors in the resort to make sure that they were locked and secured.
