Manage the daily operations of the Information Technologies Services Department to meet the informational technology needs of faculty, staff, and students, including directing the daily work flow of staff members of the department primarily tasked with supporting the law building and the Integrated Sciences Building room 112, and the Kline Institute of Trial Advocacy. Provide advanced onsite helpdesk and desktop support for faculty, staff and students. Maintain staff, faculty, classroom, and administration equipment at the Kline School of Law, Legal Research Center, Kline Institute of Trial Advocacy, and the Community Legal Clinic. Assist with resolution of network and classroom technology. Support the communications and admissions departments with video production and post-production, as well as various media related duties including online content creation, assistance with social media platforms, and graphic design. Conduct and produce recordings or webcasts of classes and events. Ability to identify user needs, research procedures for accomplishing tasks; coordinate closely and communicate regularly with administrative staff regarding services needed and suggestions for providing them technical support

 Develop and manage multimedia production process (pre-production thru post-production) Film, edit, and deliver video based assets for presentations and multimedia web content Ensure continuity in University brand and image within multimedia projects Manage photo and video archives Manage complex projects to specific budgets and timelines Maintain building multimedia equipment Provide desktop support to faculty, staff and students  Provide training and support to faculty and staff for learning management systems (Blackboard Learn & TWEN). Assist in the administration of exam software and provide training and support to students.  Assist in recording, editing distribution of classes/events.  Identify and assist with maintenance of network and classroom equipment.  Assist in the creation of instructional material for students, staff and faculty.  Research and document new technologies, new resolutions to issues.  Accept technical support calls and log them in the Help Desk Tracking System Assist with use of classroom audiovisual equipment for classes/events Identify and assist with troubleshooting of network issues Sets up and configure workstations and peripherals Assist with creation and documentation of IT systems and related equipment  Keep current with equipment, programs and system software in order to evaluate user problems Assist with a variety of IT related projects as assigned Perform other duties as needed
