As the Senior Combat Systems Enlisted, I lead a 14 technicians responsible for Repairing, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on electrical and electronic Weapons systems, electronic cooling systems, low voltage and high voltage power supplies, transmitters, receivers, and signal data processors with an annual operating budget of $300K • Supervised the installation maintenance and operational testing of the Ship’s Combat System Suite to include: Ship’s Self Defense System (SSDS), Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM), SPS 48 Radar, SPQ 9 Radar and Battle Force Tactical Trainer (BFTT). Then executed a plan for the inspection of the combat system suite that resulted in the highest score ever obtained by the ship class.• Combat Systems Training team leader who Planned, Developed and executed training then evaluated and implemented changes to meet all requirements ahead of schedule.• Earned Combat Systems Officer of the Watch (CSOOW), Ships Weapons Coordinator (SWC), Combat Watch Officer (CWO) designation letters.

Then coordinated repair efforts to correct any issues.-Worked on the development of the “Computer Stand-by Mode Project” allowing NMCI computers to enter stand-by mode and still receive security updates at night.
