•Management. I manage a team of seven highly experienced AVP Senior RFP Writers and RFP Database Managers responsible for completing all Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) across our Institutional and Intermediary channels. Our team completes all questionnaires on-time and to a high standard of quality, managing all aspects of the RFP Process from vetting and kickoff to submission. In 2023, we completed over 1000 requests, including over 50 institutional RFPs representing over $29B in potential new assets. The team also maintains over 400 profiles for more than 40 strategies across more than 12 consultant databases.In addition, I oversee six overseas consultants who assist our firm with recurring DDQs and the upload and maintenance of data into consultant databases (e.g. eVestment).•Innovation. So far during my tenure, I've played a key role in the transfer of ~$100 billion in assets across a number of strategies from AllianzGI to Voya IM; onboarded a new project management and language library tool (Responsive/RFPio) to improve our overall RFP Process; and shifted highly repeatable tasks (i.e. quarterly DDQs) to offshore consultants so my team of expert RFP Writers could focus their time on high-value add requests that drive new business and help retain at-risk assets.•Talent Development. As a manager, I devote a great deal of time to the development of my team, helping them seek out stretch assignments and find opportunities to make new connections, strengthen existing skills and develop new ones. I recently facilitated the internal transfer of a member of the RFP team to a more senior position within Client Service. Through my efforts, Voya not only retained a highly talented individual, but also strengthened the partnership between the RFP and Client Service teams.

•Management. In my most recent role, I managed a team of five highly experienced Client Service Managers across our Institutional, International and Consultant Relations channels. Our team provided support to both our existing and prospective institutional clients globally and the consultant firms they utilize.•Innovation. I frequently spearheaded the development and implementation of various technological solutions to improve our service offering to clients. For example, I partnered with our Technology teams to build out tools that improved tracking of reoccurring client reports and monitoring of client feedback.•Client Service. As a player/coach, in addition to running my team, I served as a Client Service Manager for our top tier existing institutional clients. Of the over 250 clients with more than $8.5 billion in assets under management that my team supported, I personally covered 40 of these clients representing over $4.2 billion in assets under management. In this role, I partnered with our Relationship Management team to provide a best-in-class client experience. I ensured timely delivery of client reporting, coordinated with clients on all account management and operational issues, and served as a primary point of contact for any questions or requests the client may have.

Senior Associate, Business Development ServicesOppenheimerFunds’ Business Development Services (BDS) team is responsible for the firm’s customized reporting efforts, covering over 80 investment strategies across equity, fixed income, alternatives and multi-asset products. During my 30-month tenure in this role, BDS completed over 3,000 requests.•Management. Managed workflow for five to seven professionals on the BDS team, allocating assignments to team members in a manner which maximized their strengths. I personally completed assignments on an as-needed basis.

•Analysis. Led the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for large-scale Vendor Management initiatives from start to finish. Conducted comparative analysis of commercial offers to make vendor selection recommendations for final review by senior management.
