Through 20 years of sales, marketing and training experience, I have developed a passion for communication and public speaking. I have coached executives and high performers in the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, India, China, Brazil and Australia. My clients include professionals from UBS, IBM, John Deere, Johnson & Johnson, AemrisourceBergen, Syneos and AXA. In my partner role, I oversee the firm's marketing strategy.Before joining Exec|Comm in 2002, I worked in the telecommunications industry in sales, sales training and management positions. It's been my pleasure to lead Exec|Comm CARES which oversees the firm’s pro bono work in the New York community. Since 2005, Exec|Comm has aligned with Columbia Teachers College and the Cahn Fellows program to develop the leadership skills of New York City’s most accomplished pubic school principals.My specialties include: leadership development, sales training, performance coaching, executive presence, business writing, negotiation skills and client relationship building.
