  With this leadership role, I hire and train finance managers for the Napleton Automotive Group within the Minnesota market. I also train with sales managers and sales associates on all aspects of a car deal starting with the guest experience to ensure customer retention, full FTC compliance, and maximizing dealership revenue with a proper sales processes. The main focuses of our finance departments are: great customer satisfaction scores, 100% credit, lending and product compliance, menu building and selling, transparent value based selling techniques, and maximizing dealership gross profits while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. Daily operations consist of coordinating monthly goals and monitoring deal flow from the sales department, to a finance manager, to our billing departments and lenders. I utilize Google docs to allow my organization to track and measure up to date individual and group performance as well as cash flow of our bank contracts.
