- Provide Tier II support to end users and triage local site issues - Assist with facility ownership transition and continuity (new device issuance, old device collection, user & device enrollment, Teams phone install and setup, etc.)- Monitor and maintain site equipment (UPSs, servers, access control panels, etc.)- Coordinate with other members of IT team as needed for user and site support

This position is responsible for the setup, operation, strike, and routine maintenance of all media and audio/visual equipment and computer systems used by Conferencing & Events while providing excellent client support services.This includes:- Provides media and audio/visual (A/V) technical services and support for both internal and external clients- Plan, load, deliver, and return equipment for multiple events within a wide variety of time frames- Ensure proper functioning, installation, setup, and utilization of media equipment and systems.- Inventory and conduct maintenance of A/V and other equipment.- Research, purchase, and install new A/V equipment and conducts modifications of existing equipment - Assist with updating and maintaining 25Live (a cloud based SaaS scheduling software)- Developed embedded calendars for departmental and campus community use- Responding to client inquiries (connecting to WiFi, accessing physical and digital campus resources, troubleshooting as needed.)- Maintain departmental and summer camp websites and updating each respective site as needed (Drupal)During the COVID-19 Pandemic, assisted with implementing 25Live Scheduling SaaS.
