The Masses Project is exploring the implications of a global population approaching 10 billion. We’ll investigate how our growing population will impact resources, technology, cultural institutions, health and equity. We’ll explore what happens when our population peaks, then declines. We’ll get to know the problems, understand what’s being done, and imagine a new future that can match our masses.

PWT stands for Putting Words Together. I focus on helping organizations define and share stories about who they are. I focus on brand positioning and storytelling, cultural exhibition writing, facilitation, and community engagement.

Feast RVA is dedicated to creativity and community involvement in Richmond Virginia. By asking our community to share their creative and community-oriented projects with us, we in turn try to help those projects happen through small grants. We are a democratic platform for ideas that move Richmond forward. Over the long history of this town there have been many divisions and disruptions. Feast RVA is our way to bring Richmond together over food, drinks, and great ideas. Specifically, we want to support ideas that benefit the community and are executed with a creative passion. We love to see ideas that encourage the individual expression of others. We love to see ideas that help the underprivileged. We love ideas that fuel education. But we also love projects of personal passion: a new startup that has a creative flare, a new branch from an existing organization that sees a fresh opportunity, or even an art exhibit that communicates a meaningful message. The wealth of potential ideas are boundless. Through community involvement and creativity we believe we can change Richmond for the better.

I'm interested in stories that celebrate creativity and passion. I love to tell stories about ordinary people who by some spark of insight or frustration struck out to do something beyond their comfort zone. Whether they succeed or fail these stories are a celebration of curiosity; the push that makes us seek more, do more and go further. Through these stories I hope to inspire people to do the same in their careers, hobbies and personal relationships.

I developed concepts for brands in a host of creative areas. From product names to brand positions to innovative product and service ideas, I strategically created concepts and ideas to move brands forward. Using my writing skills I would bring these ideas to life through narrative and vivid articulation. The result was creative, growth oriented ideas that helped brands stand out while still staying authentic to who they are. I worked with international, Fortune 500 companies.

As a lead creative for the 1st TEDxRVA event we took the event's theme, Create, and conceived of ways we could deliver that idea beyond the speakers. We developed several interactive touch points that allowed the creative process to come alive throughout the day. From a radio station to expand on given talks to wheat pasting photos of attendees to the walls of the venue, we explore ways to activate creativity in a meaningful way.
