About Josh Imholte

I have over 12 years experience working with Public Clouds ranging from Customer Success to Product Management. I currently work on the Product team focused on the Rackspace AWS business, but some of my products touch multiple clouds. With my Customer Success background, I always lead with how will what we do impact and/or improve the value add for the customer. I treat Rackers the way I would treat my customers because when I can help a Racker succeed, their customer will succeed! I am huge Getting Things Done (GTD) advocate, which I've found to be incredibly helpful and leads to having very productive meetings. I'm always looking to share that knowledge to those interested. I'm also very motivated to always look for ways to build culture within teams. I actively lead my business unit's culture functions and have been a member of various culture groups for 8+ years. Culture is something that is very easily overlooked in a fast-paced world, but it makes a difference!
