Current• Chart successful course of directing a team of managers who in turn oversee industrial engineers, operations support specialists, production control analysts, manufacturing engineers, and planners. These teams:o Handle operational schedules and utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor budgets.o Support the Operations Team by ordering supplies and leading process improvements for new program startups. During one initiative, identified a more efficient method for rebuilding the shipping dock, avoiding costly road modifications and traffic disruptions; the team’s recommendation to reposition the shipping door and utilize existing infrastructure was implemented, streamlining operations. In another project, collaborated with cross-functional teams to redesign brackets in the product structure, saving over $1.5 million in non-recurring costs and reducing assembly time by 500 hours per unit.
