While working at MTC, I had learned to not only understand myself, but to also understand how the psychological and behavioral movement and momentum can be spread among like-minded individuals in order to advance the Applied Behavioral Science sector for future endeavours. As I lead and reported to the highest staff available i.e., CEO, Reporting Manager, etc. the system as a whole began to smooth itself out from prior work engagements such as WFH, and Hybrid systems. Bringing new research into the company was imperative, as the WFH and Hybrid systems were looked at as permanent to some people. The psychological organizational change is something that I had worked heavily on, and also how to bring in new software and/or technology to ease this transition. Beyond that, I would work one on one with clientele in order to help them with Applied Behavioral Science attributes not only for the families, most importantly for their children.

Working as a Lead Researcher at Elgiloy Speciality Metals i worked closely with upper management in order to advance and pursue a more cohesive system that tied in not only floor workers within the mill, but also helped CEOs and General Managers to understand how the metallurgical research process can be spread evenly amongst the crowd. With changes happening within the corporate system at this particular junction during high-tension times, life changing interventions needed to be had during the realm of research. The duties that I had established for the company during this time lead to massive changes within how ESM handled and cared for business during this time. The metallurgical process of research not only stretched out to other portions of the company, but helped me establish high level connections within all areas and branches of the company including the locations in neighboring states.

While understanding the implications of how the common core of the academic system works, I had the wonderful opportunity to work alongside Jan Erland - who is not only an academic, but also a well-to-do researcher. The basis of my job was to understand how and why the academic system can be catered to high achievers within the classroom, but also the students who are up-and-coming within the higher education system. The pedagogy that is used is called the Bridge to Achievement (BTA), which is a standardized, evidence-based, cognitive skills program. High Performance Thinking (HTP) is also at the center focus of the research driven product. HTP is used as a coding and chunking systems game for the students to learn in a six-minute span to retain knowledge that has been/and always will be there for easy and common retention.

I worked within the Gillath Social Psychology research lab, which focused on IRB approved data collection and research relating to the attachment style of an individual. I worked closely with both qualitative and quantitative research methods in order to achieve credible data collection. My responsibilities consisted of conducting professional mixed-method collection techniques within a lab setting, as well as cleaning and coding data through various forms of software. The Gillath Research Lab constituted as one of the main research labs on the campus. Love was and always will be the main focus of the research that was completed during the time of my stay with Dr. Omri Gillath. However, understood it can be inferred that the individuals I had worked alongside helped me complete a full direction change in the course of my professional career. It was cemented in my mind that because of this job, I am going to further and continue to ready my academic and scholarly path towards a complete organizational change within the corporate setting.

I worked for my clients in order to accommodate them in child care for hours that they were not present. I worked closely with my clients to ensure efficient and productive techniques in aiding the child in keys areas including cognitive, social, and emotional skills. The skills that prompted me to achieve the desired level of satisfaction to meet my clients needs were research-based behavioral techniques, confidentiality, trust between client and myself, and heavy emphasis on inclusivity. The main priority during this time for was to not only understand myself, but to understand how I can help better individuals who may or may not be like me. The struggles that I had grown up with regarding mental health, helped evolve me to a point of understanding younger individuals who know not what they ought to during their early childhood. Knowledge is a point of knowing how we can provide and nurture the younger generations and should be free and not withheld in any capacity. Helping these differing individuals is at the core of my existence.
