Josh Silver is a member of Bernstein Shur’s Business Law Practice Group and Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group, and co-chair of the Data Security Team. His practice focuses on technology development and licensing transactions, intellectual property matters, data security, e-commerce, consulting and services arrangements and a broad range of business transactions. Since joining the firm in 2006, Josh has represented clients with a wide array of intangible assets and intellectual property and technology related needs.
