I’d have to start out by saying my work experience started in the summers when I️ was in high school. I️ worked at a service station changing oil, fixing flats, and washing cars. After high school I️ did the warehouse route for a while with Walmart distribution and later McLane Southern. This was hard work but you got a sense of accomplishment. I️ went to Co-Lin and USM for a year each. While in school I️ was offered a sales job and excelled. It was in the wireless industry which was growing back then. I️ was promoted to a sales manager and before I️ knew it I️ was the youngest manager running the largest store in MS. I️ did this 5 years and was asked to take more money as an insurance agent. I️ even got to take my family to Destin and Disney World because of my sales. All was well and hurricane Katrina wiped me out. So I️ went back to what I️ knew best sales Manager. I️ was rolling fine for three help and Daddy was diagnosed with Liver cancer and that was 4 years I️ have tried hard to forget. I️ sold my house to help my Mama but since Daddy passed away I️ was an electrician helper for a while and then I️ worked for ARI, but I️ had a s fell and had a seizure which made this job unsafe. Since then I️ worked jobs in Carpentry with my uncle just to make ends meet. I️ wants career I️ can be proud of and have a sense of accomplishment. I️ have a daughter that is graduating high school and enrolling in premed so I️ try to leave it in Gods hands and know everything will work out.
