AXA Advisors is a registered broker/dealer offering financial and insurance products to individuals/businesses. After returning to Florida I became Series 7/ Insurance licensed and accepted a business opportunity with AXA. In this role, I prospected for new clients through networking events and cold calling business owners. Through detailed questioning I discovered financial needs, analyzed customer documents and recommended solutions. As a FINRA registered representative I adhered to compliance protocols in assisting clients with applications and underwriting. I resigned from this position to pursue a non-sales role in operations and administration.

Sunrise Packaging is a complete source for all gift basket supplies and retail gift packing needs. I took on this interim General Manager role moving from Florida to New York, based upon a three month commitment to the owner. In this role I analyzed the infrastructure, recommended processes and procedure to run the company more effectively. I reviewed over 1,000 active Quick book accounts and studied which companies had not purchased in several years. Through cold/warm communications and using my ability to make connections with confidence, I was able to increase the average sale by over 30%.
