In my new role as Associate Director of Support Services at LICM, I have taken on many new responsibilities. One of my primary responsibilities is the oversight of the museum's infrastructure systems. This includes facility repairs and maintenance, information technology, safety, and security. I am also responsible for day to day operations of the museum and managing the staff that runs the museum floor. Additionally, I work with local agencies and vendors to ensure the museum emergency protocols are up to date and our systems are functioning appropriately. Finally, I oversee all the operations of the newly acquired, historic, 110 year old Nunley's Carousel. This includes staff management, maintenance of the facility and carousel, as well as special events.

I am an active firefighter in the Oceanside Fire Department, maintaining an average response over 25% each month. As a member of Oceanside Truck 1, I am certified as an interior firefighter, fire apparatus driver and as a fire officer. I also hold a certification in basic Hazmat Awareness and Operations.Additionally, I have taken on various leadership roles on both the company level and on a department level. I currently hold the position of 2nd Lieutenant for Truck 1, and am on various committees. I also have played a major role in the department with the adoption of Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms and Power AutomateFinally, in 2020 I created the Oceanside Fire Departments first ever Community Santa Run. This annual event brings the department together and spreads joy to the community. Since it's inception the Santa Run has increased in size every year, with 1500 children served in 2022.

I currently work with Flushing Jewish Community Council and it's subsidiary Queens Long Island Community Services to provide software support. This includes support and implementation of Microsoft 365, as well as the maintenance and development of the company website. I also provide on site support as requested for any IT Infrastructure and remote support/training for new employees.

Voyager Technical Account Manager on the NY Consulting Practices Team:I worked with Clients of various sizes supporting Yardi Voyager and other Yardi Products. Some notable projects include custom integration of 3rd party interfaces, implementation project management, full system upgrades, as well as day to day support. I also performed best practice reviews, client training sessions and taught workshops on various topics relating to my position.

I worked specifically with the program called Together to Kindergarten. This is a summer program for first-generation American children who will be starting Kindergarten in the fall. The program introduces students to the necessary skills, such as how to write their name, line up and sit as a class for story time, to help prepare them to succeed in kindergarten. The program also provides workshops for caregivers on the American school system and different ways they can be involved in their children's learning. I was also a Visitor Experience Coordinator, which means that I am responsible to make sure that the museum floor runs smoothly. I work as an intermediary between departments and help address any issues that may come about on any given day while the museum is open. This includes helping set up and run some of the museums biggest events. Additionally, I took on a big role in the museums volunteer efforts- helping to recruit, interview and train all the new volunteers and educators. I have created onboarding packets, and come up with several ways to streamline and organize the process. These efforts include our summer volunteer program for local high schoolers, where we have between 40 and 50 new volunteers for the summer months.
