Producer for AWS re:Invent's brand new Rec Center, located in Mandalay Bay. Rec Center featured activations with some of AWS's biggest sports partners, including PGA, F1, NFL, and Bundesliga. Managed on-site logistics, trucking schedules, budgets, vendor and partner communications, brand ambassadors and PAs, on-site audio needs for DJs, shipping, setup and strike. Rec Center saw 10K unique attendees over five days.

Worked in credential management, registration, communications, and copywriting for the events surrounding the opening of the International African American Museum in Charleston, SC. Managed attendee data and distribution of credentials for a series of six events whose attendance included prominent political and cultural figures. Wrote copy including programs, bios, press communications, and sponsor recognitions for the two main events of the weekend - the Dedication Ceremony and Gala. Hired as part of event production company Marissa Sams Events.

I was the producer of the Kerwin Frost booth at ComplexCon 2021 known as "Kerwin's Kingdom," a 75x75, 5-room castle that featured a performance space with rotating musical acts.  It was the largest activation at the convention. I staffed the entire Kingdom (security, brand ambassadors, etc.) and oversaw on-the-ground operations. Brand partners included adidas and 7-Eleven.
