Hi, I'm Josh Evans, a young professional who is a keen learner and determined individual aiming to succeed in the IT industry. My current focus at IRS is on Web Application Development, Web Management, and IT Support. My most recent project involved me developing a bespoke content management system that has search, editing, and upload functionality built into it. This was initially prototyped with client feedback before following iterative development with scrum.Webside AdministrationI use WordPress to develop and manage custom websites; including blog posting, site content, media uploads (such as videos and slides), contact forms, and more. In the future I plan to venture into Magento and e-commerce.IT SupportI daily deal with general onsite IT queries face-to-face and via the phone. Including areas such as, internet failure, Microsoft Office, Email, PDF or database troubles. I also have experience with setting up user accounts, email management, printer/scanners, hardware and software installation.
