Jungo is an ISV, Force.com Salesforce partner company that provides a specialized Salesforce environment tailored to the mortgage and real estate industries. My current role at Jungo was managing all of their internal applications and ensuring the products they sell are modern and innovative. While in this role, I managed the planning and roll out phase of our Lightning Experience migration and managed the upgrades to our 4,000+ clients during our optimization phase. My journey began on their Customer Success team training loan officers, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents how to successfully administer their own Jungo accounts. By training non-technical professionals how to harness the power of Salesforce, I became incredibly adept at understanding and utilizing Salesforce in nearly any conceivable use case. I added new applications to their product line ($75,000 in revenue so far), and enhanced their existing applications with new processes, objects, fields, and functionalities that solve a wide array of use cases and provided a large and diverse client base with tools they can use out of the box.

My primary responsibility while working with SDZG was planning and managing an international symposium on the future of informal conservation education. The symposium was attended by 200 educators from around the world and hosted at San Diego's beautiful Paradise Point Resort.

The SAGE Project is joint collaboration between SDSU and local municipalities. During my final semester, I worked with a group of students researching the information necessary to write National City's Long Range Property Management Plan. Then, during the summer, I worked as a paid Report Writer to compile the data and finalize the report that was presented to the City of National City and eventually to the California Department of Finance.

They are effectively stateless and suffering from what can only be described as ethnic cleansing by the government of Myanmar.I spent a summer working for the IOM conducting research on Rohingya migrants in a border town in northwest Thailand. My report was read by U.S. embassy officials and described as "Fascinating."
