Including managing 3 internal designers, agency partners and adding a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) capacity to the team.Our work encompassed a wide range of experiences including the global website, the e-commerce site, product selector tools, interactive sales applications, demos, landing page and email templates, partner portals, and employee portals. In addition my team worked on a new cloud infrastructure dashboard, the one-time password (OTP) mobile app for the authentication product group, product and program branding elements, and the experience pattern for search and directories.Almost every project involved cross-functional collaboration with marketing groups, product groups, sales and support in some capacity. We also ensured all projects met the latest accessibility and privacy standards.Major projects include: A complete brand, style guide and website overhaul in 2019, followed by a second brand update a year and half later. The creation and maintenance of the first, second and third iterations of Entrust's design library used to inform Entrust's customer touch-points and products across the organization. The evolution of Entrust's information architecture to allow for portfolio (and thus content) expansion as Entrust acquired more companies. I did all of the UX and UI design for this project.- Design of Email Communications plan for Foodservice Rewards. Mapped out the customer journey and potential email touch points for FSR members. Wrote job stories for each and every possible email in order to maintain user centricity as well as message consistency. Designed layout, look and feel, and copy for each email. - Design for new Automatic Deposit feature on Foodservice Rewards including landing page, email marketing design, and onboarding user flow, UX and UI. My team works on rapid prototyping projects for internal Best Buy business units. We use web based, mobile, connected devices, social media, data or emerging technologies to find creative solutions to our customers' problems. My role in that is to clearly understand and define the problem, time/budget and other constraints in order to a working proof of concept or proof of principle.

I'll be working to solve business problems creatively at the intersection of social technologies and humans. Among other things I'm working on the team for Ideax, Best Buy's site for crowd-sourcing ideas. Other projects include pushing forward the stores' use of social media to connect with their local communities.

I manage the day to day activities of the sourcing team on-site at Best Buy. This includes 4 domestic team members as well as 7 team members in India. I work closely with the client to partner on the most effective application of social technologies, sourcing methods, and pipeline creation to achieve business needs.I also functional cross-client as a social media SME (subject matter experimenter) and sourcing consultant.

My responsibility is to source talent for Best Buy Corporate and some field positions. I am currently contracted to Best Buy through Accenture to whom Best Buy has outsourced their recruiting efforts. In the past I have sourced and done some recruiting for finance and accounting people up to director level. I currently am developing a new role as an online resource manager and diversity specialist.

This was essentially a sales position for Officeteam, one of the lines of business for Robert Half International. I had three different responsibilities while I was there. I would be responsible for recruiting, placing candidates in client companies-i.e. staffing, and also expanding my book of clients.
