Core member and Team Lead with new store construction team for T-Mobile – transitioned to CBRE when the account management transferred from JLL to CBRE. Responsible for managing new store design and construction process from lease LOI to field operations handoff and store opening. Projects spanned a variety of environments ranging from urban major city to remote rural, existing building to new ground-up, malls and mall redevelopments, multi-story and single story, free standing buildings to strip center inlines, and new live/work/play communities which strict controls and covenants. As with JLL, responsibilities include:• Preparing budgets for the Real Estate team during site analysis phase• Leading design kickoff calls with architects, design managers, real estate, construction and other stakeholders to develop the test fit and final drawings, value engineering when possible while continuing to adhere to prototype design standards• Managing the construction process milestones with vendors and providers including travel to sites as needed to ensure quality and consistency• Resolving issues and conflicts with contractors, landlords and others involved in the entire process that often result from ambiguity in work letters and changing directives• Contribute to training, onboarding and supporting other PMs new to the program along with ideas and suggestions to improve efficiency, remove unnecessary hindrances to success, improve performance and value engineer cost reductions• Facilitate handoff from the construction team to Field Operations through store opening.• Team Lead responsible for other team members and providing onboarding, training, mentoring, performance management/reviews.
