I am responsible for handling clients and making their trade show experience very positive and effective. I manage the process from start to finish. We build, prep, ship, install, make sure the clients approves, take down, review and then prep for the next show. It's an amazing process that works seamlessly with the great team here at mackenzie EXHIBIT. I'm fortunate enough to work side by side with some many great individuals in the outdoor industry. We strategize and help our clients be successful at these shows they attend. We want them to be able to stand out first by function and then by looks and appeal. It's important to me to keep a high standard of professionalism and willingness to do what it takes to make sure the client gets what they need. We have to ability to help influence a large number of individuals. We will continue to strive and accomplish this goal.

GuraGear, LLC designs and manufacturers camera carrying solutions under the brand name TAMRAC (www.tamrac.com). In addition, the company owns Ogden Made (www.ogdenmade.com), a small niche American crafted line of bags and backpacks built around the Ogden, Utah heritage.- Managed a network of 90 dealers, curating relationships across all markets in the western United States.- Lead a field team of five while building relationship and introducing multiple new product lines into our dealers. - Launched new branding initiative, Ogden Made, with a local retail space, designed to create a brand with local pride and love for it's roots. - Built a team of six who loved what they did to help accomplish the team goal. - Lead that team to bring in higher revenues than the brand had ever seen. - Facilitated and implemented warranty, service, and repair systems that saved over 1,500 hrs/yr in customer service response times.- Improve greatly in B2B sales whiling fine tuning B2C sales.- Acquired new dealers in my region. Growth for us was vital to success in re-branding Tamrac.

Responsible, and accountable, for the effective and efficient Christ-centered financial, operational, and administrative management of Habitat for Humanity of Weber and Davis Counties (HFHWD). The Executive Director provides overall leadership for HFHWD in accordance with the policies, objectives, and directions of the Board of Directors to promote its overall vision, directions, health, and growth. I was the leader who plans, develops, and establishes policy and objectives of the organization in accordance withe Board directives and organizational mission.

As an event manager I had responsibilities that covered the whole map. I planned 10 5k color fun runs. These races had participants that range from 2,000-9,000 in number. I worked with cities and private venues (MetLife Stadium) to host these races. I booked vendors to help with the all functions of the race, from preparation to clean up. I was in charge of all logistics. I trained and managed teams of 8-10 employees to work these events. I teamed up with non profit organizations from small local groups to large non profits like American Lung Association and Big Brothers Big Sisters.I developed many different skills. Examples: interpersonal communication, team work, team building, management, training, event management, non profit work, sponsorships, marketing joint ventures, large budget accounts, cost saving, etc.

I started as an intern and help research, write, and share ideas for our company's launch. After being hired on full time I am currently running our email and affiliate programs. We believe we have a product and service that is extremely beneficial to everyone, doesn't matter if you are just starting an online business or are the manager of an online website. We can help you be more successful!

I coordinated with event promoters to co-host parties on WSU campus and in the city of Ogden. It was my job to network and find events and parties to sponsor. I was able to build a network of hundreds of people who stayed in touch with my social media sites and who stayed updated on the events and parties I was participating in.

I have started a small online sales business. I sell small accessories online through established businesses. It is an adventure and a way for me to develop skills needed for life.

Assisted general contractors and performed small carpentry jobs.

I was a pilot intern for Vitality Wins. It is a health promotion company that I help market and revamp the image of the company. While participating in the internship the growth of the company grew dramatically because of everyone's group efforts. It was a valuable experience to dive into the real world and make changes!

As president of these clubs I managed teams from 20-45 members and budgets ranging from $30,000 to $60,000. I had the responsibility to organize events, fundraisers, games, practices, purchases, etc. Under my direction and administration we won a national championship title in 2011 in soccer with five players on the all tournament team. It was a wonderful experience to be apart of two successful teams winning national championship titles and learning value lessons along the way. I couldn't have done it without a lot of support from others!
