Conducted research, wrote report, determined appropriate data collection and outcome reporting.· Successfully secured 8 grants worth $1.2 million including a 4-year, 325K Kellogg foundation grant for which I conceived and wrote the application and served as Co-Director leading the project and supervising project staff and volunteers.· Developed and facilitated over 100 hours of direct, interactive training for groups of 5-200 people on multiple topics including community organizing, policy development and youth-adult partnerships.· Job was reclassified into a position with higher responsibility, skill requirement, and pay based on my performance and aptitude.
