Directed and led an army recruiting station in an area covering 551 square miles with a population of over 97,000 residents; accounted for and trained future soldiers awaiting entry onto active-duty status. Supervised 7 personnel and oversaw their training and professional development, morale, health, and welfare. Implemented and maintained a recruiting station production management system, to include the planning and execution of lead generation activities.

Supervised 2 recruiters and managed their professional development, morale, health, and welfare; accounted for and trained future Soldiers awaiting entry onto active duty. Established and maintained relationships with 12 high schools, 1 college, & several influencers in local community. Maintains control and accountability of equipment valued over $100,000; ensured operability of vital assets.

Served as the Army's ambassador within the community; recruited, determined applicant enlistment eligibility, counseled applicants on enlistment programs and options, prepared enlistment applications, and processed qualified applicants to enlist in the Army and Army Reserve. Accounted for and prepared future Soldiers for initial entry training; implemented and conducted Army awareness programs throughout an area covering 213 square miles with a population of 694,492. Established and maintained a network of influencer to include parents, educators, and community leaders. Executed a social media campaign that reached 4,800 members of the target population per month; saved the army $1,200 a month through free innovative web advertising.
