I am a problem solver and hard worker helping to save money and time by improving efficiencies. My goal is adapt to the needs of the company and engage in the process of improving the company and seeing where i would be able to help save money. Currently Buyer/CMMS Admin for Kayem Foods. I am in charge of onsite indirect parts for machine maintenance. Currently in excess of 10,000 Parts. Maintaining a budget of 2.5 Million in Spend for Indirect Purchases and Capital expenditures. I am also in charge of planning scheduling for 400 Assets and 25 Mechanics. I am Highly skilled in purchasing, budget forecasting, preventative maintenance creation, System implementation, Asset creation, and project work. I am well versed in most CMMS systems and Purchasing system such as SAP, Ariba, AX, and JD Edwards. Previously i was with Synovos Onsite Buying for Pfizer Inc at the Andover Facility. At the Andover facility there are over 13,000 Parts ranging from O-rings to Allen Bradley Drives, It is my responsibility to run a lean stock room and get 3 bids and a buy for all parts. I use 3 Different systems in my daily duties EAMS[ Onsite for Pfizer] Sync [Microsoft Dynamics] for Synovos and Ariba [SAP based]. It is my goal to ensure all 3 systems are uniform and fix any errors that may arise. I come from a Inventory and purchasing back from Garelick Farms [Subsidiary of Dean foods]. Which was a Dairy Manufacturing Facility in Lynn, MA. I was in charge of the Buying, Stock Room, Planning Scheduling, Budgeting for the Maintenance Department [30 Mechanics ] and the Facility [400 Assets and 300 Employees]. I did this while maintaining an annual spend of 3 million dollars a year [dependent on volume and forecast]
