Led a team of 8 individuals as a liaison between Student workers and the Director of Veteran Services at the University of Nevada-Reno. Performed data analysis, database management, and marketing services for the Veteran Services Department. Successfully processed hundreds of Veterans Affairs educational claims during this time resulting in over 2.8 million dollars in educational benefits paid.
