I am builder, A builder of business, a builder of relationships and a builder of success. Over my 25+ year career in Business Management and Finance I have built multiple successful businesses and have helped others connect and grow theirs. I began my career as a credit analyst at a small management consulting firm specializing in capital formation, and debt/equity restructure. As an analyst I was part of a team that secured funding for clients numerous early stage companies. I worked in commercial banking as a credit analyst quickly advancing to be the youngest Vice President and Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending for a Regional Bank. I have experience working for small community banks, mid-size regional banks, and large national banks, including PNC Financial (the fourth largest Bank in the US). In addition to my career as a Banker, I continued to invest in small business and other ventures. As co-founder of Lindsey Business Group, I have been instrumental in the development and implementation of the strategic growth plan. In 2011 I assisted in the formation of a government contracting firm specializing in Information Technology within the Intelligence community. As an instrumental business advisor I was involved in negotiating the takeover of a majority control of the company in 2012. As VP and acting CFO, I facilitated two mergers through my relationships, doubling revenues and opening additional opportunities. As an active board member I continue to provide strategic guidance and direction.In 2020, I co-founded Evolv Healthplan (www.evolvhealthplan.com), a healthcare delivery and administration firm with the mission to improve the health of members and reduce healthcare costs through innovative solutions, intelligent technology, and total transparency. As an active board member I provide strategic direction.I received my BS in Biological Sciences (1999) and MBA in Financial Management (2005) from George Mason University.As a native of Northern Virginia I currently reside in the Small Town of Catharpin Virginia on a five acre horse farm with my amazing wife and four children. In my spare time I enjoy woodworking, the outdoors, and skiing with my family.
