Josephine Murphy is the Co-Founder of Shelter Them, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable children in Rwanda by meeting their basic needs and providing them with the tools and resources needed for future independence and self-sufficiency. Over the past 20 years, Josephine has played a pivotal role in transforming the lives of children through educational programs, family support, and community development initiatives.In addition to her leadership in Shelter Them, Josephine is the President and visionary behind Far Fast Together (FFT), a coaching movement focused on personal and professional growth, particularly for Africans and the diaspora. Born in the refugee village of Mushiha, Burundi, she overcame significant challenges, including surviving poverty and relocating to Rwanda after the genocide against the Tutsi.
