I’d like for our Southeast Michigan community to envision a future characterized by equity and justice, one in which every resident has the opportunity to flourish and prosper to their fullest potential.My current professional focus revolves around community care initiatives. Presently, I hold the position of Mobile Distributions Lead at Gleaners Community Food Bank. In this position, I work with my team to oversee operations catering to a diverse range of client demographics, each of whom represents a unique and valuable segment of our community. I am also responsible for gathering and reporting all necessary data to our stakeholders and grantors.Previously, I've done a lot of work in the private healthcare sector, which has given me familiarity with HIPAA policy and patient information systems. My background spans many years in customer service, retail, and management, equipping me with a diverse skill set applicable to any position.Outside of the workplace you'll find me planting trees with Greening of Detroit, or alongside my foster cats with my nose in a book ☺
