The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) ensures an effective and efficient systems/process operating environment. The BSA is responsible for leading research and analysis efforts to identify business requirements, and translate them into effective systems design in such a way that they may be effectively modeled and configured within the ERP suite of products. The BSA solves complex issues that arise with system operations and supports the development of enhancements or new releases.
