Recruitment:Coordination with Hiring Managers and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.Conducting telephone and Personal interviews with the HR Manager & Department heads.Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining formalities and documentation on successful candidateTraining & Development:Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.Facilitate training requirements such as coordinating with the external trainers/ training centers for registrations, scheduling and filing in SDF.Evaluation of the employees post training program.HR Administration:Maintaining employee’s personal files and records.Assist to improve Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program.Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters, etc.Preparation of full and final settlement.Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.Any other duties that may be assign such as company vehicles /phones/company assets

Prepare internal monthly cost reportPrepare budget forecast (inflow / outflow)Prepare Claim to client.Prepare and Compile bid documents (commercial and technical) for issuance for tenders.Prepare and submit Field Material Requisition including comparison made from quotation received.Evaluate quotations/bids received from prospective subcontractors.Prepare formal subcontract document for the selected subcontractors including Recommendation Reports, Letter of Intent and Letter of Award.Verify subcontractors' work claim and prepare payment certificates.Liaise with subcontractors regarding commercial aspect of the project.Assists in Finalizing account with subcontractors.
