Integral member of core teams that launched and produced two prominent annual festivals—NYC Wine & Food Festival and Flavor! Napa Valley.

Served as sponsorship and production coordinator for O You! event produced for O, The Oprah Magazine at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Worked with creative director and sponsorship team on development of sponsors’ experiential booths and managed process for updating sponsors’ digital content on event website. Also retained to provide production assistance for corporate meetings and marketing programs.

Provided planning assistance for the 25th Anniversary FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen. Managed the production of the 140-page tasting notes and event program, which included collaborating with the designer, editing speaker biographies, proofing content and layout, and coordinating the approval process.

Played an integral role in the production of high-profile, consumer events for Bon Appetit magazine. Events were held across the country and featured local chefs, wine & spirits tastings, sponsor activations, culinary demos, and workshops. Also managed an educational career-day program presented by the James Beard Foundation, and a fund-raising event for a local non-profit that featured a food & wine tasting reception and auction program.Major roles included client relations, sponsor management, speaker coordination and overall event production.
