At FourthRev, an innovative EdTech startup that reimagines education through certified career accelerator programs in collaboration with top universities, I've played a role in driving success for the KCL PM team, achieving one of the highest Course 1 CSAT scores since its 2022 launch. I've also contributed to maintaining a 97.4% three-month rolling average progression rate and managed a portfolio of over 140 learners, consistently aiming to sustain a 95% retention rate.

In my role at UCT Online High School, I contributed to the Student Experience Team as a Student Success Support Coach, where I helped design and conduct student and parent onboarding programs. I also collaborated closely with the Student Wellbeing Department to develop personalized remediation and support plans, ensuring learners received the necessary assistance to overcome various barriers to their academic success. This position provided me with an exciting opportunity to grow and learn in a dynamic educational environment.

I served under the general leadership as a project liaison. Fundamentally I helped plan team building sessions as well as additional planning of events, monitoring and closing of projects we ran within the organization

At university level I volunteered at shawco, an initiative that created a supportive space for experiential learning and teaching. I volunteer under the education sector

I did an internship at this non-governmental organization. They focus on promoting and implementing poverty alleviation programs with the hope of challenging and tackling issues of inequality, injustice, disempowerment and discrimination.
