Directed a 60-person Sales and Marketing Client Services organization providing business liaison and project management skills, standard, customized and ad hoc information analysis services, and technology training to both home office sales and marketing and field sales organizations. Served as a senior member and technology advisor to the sales and marketing executive team. Led a $68 million project to evaluate, test, and replace all hardware and software, including a new SFA/CRM system, and create and execute training for the company’s 5000-person field sales force. Earlier career experience included senior programmer, analyst and data modeler. Designed databases in support of Preclinical and Clinical processes. Successful track record working with business users to define strategy, business requirements and create roadmaps for data warehouses that support both tactical and strategic requirements within R&D and Commercial.
