Over the course of a year and a half at Choice Hotels, I was the Product Owner for six individual scrum teams handling the operational support and new feature development for choicehotels.com. I assisted leadership in developing the product strategy and direction and was responsible for collecting and analyzing user requirements from the business units and stakeholders. I maintained and prioritized the site backlog and collaborated with engineering teams to ensure delivery of product initiatives. Key achievements include:• Full Site Redesign: Working closely with a creative agency, internal business stakeholders and multiple engineering teams, I led the implementation and development of agency designs for the choicehotel.com website, through to testing and rollout of the website.• Operational Maintenance: Oversaw the operational team handling production issues as well as small feature optimization development.

At Best Western International, I worked closely with development teams and organizational stakeholder groups, including international affiliates, to ensure effective cross team collaboration on multiple initiatives impacting overall website functionality and user experience.
