Joy's background is in content creation and enhancement for traditional and digital channels. Over the years, she has gained solid insights into conceptualising and developing communications strategies and content across the B2B and B2C spectrum at the local, Asia Pacific and global levels. She has worked with B2B and B2C clients for marketing and comms-related projects, from advertising to public relations, developing and localising long- and short-form messaging and content across a wide range of delivery channels. She has helped to develop ABM campaigns, sponsored and organic social posts, web banners, infographics, speeches, quizzes, presentations, white papers, brochures, eDMs, video scripts, and microsites. Recent themes she has worked on: learning & development, total rewards, workforce mobility, content marketing, 5G, analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), data centres, cloud, cybersecurity and remote work. She is comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and familiar with drawing information from disparate sources including survey data to create targeted content.
