CurrentLeadership and Project Management• Appointed as 1 of the youngest managers in the management team. Led and developed a brand-new team of 2 other outreach managers, both of whom more mature in years than myself to expand partner accounts.• Secured more than $200,000 in funding under President’s Challenge and UPS Foundation for the pilot launch of strategic projects – the Caregivers Respite and Resilience Retreat and the Caregivers-To-Be Corporate Training Programme• Headed end-to-end operations for above 2 projects including programme design, budgeting, recruitment, on-ground execution, and post-programme reporting. Programme evaluation scores showed resoundingly positive outcomes across 100% of indicators surveyed.• Launched the successful ‘WIN Caregivers Network’ with a core team, a pilot project by CAL, PA, and NCSS to bring caregiver programmes to the residential communities. The project benefited more than 300 caregivers and later expanded from the initial 6 community centres to another 5 more around the island. Stakeholder Management and CEO Support• Supported CEO with key partners and funders liaison e.g. NCSS, AIC, PA, NVPC etc, to identify opportunities for long term partnership and support• Crafted and presented outcome reports highlighting on-ground successes for Board updates and external partners.• Worked closely with internal stakeholders to create an internal account management system overseeing more than 250 partner accounts, substantially improving long-term client relationship management and internal operational efficiency. Outreach and Programme Teaching• Active at booths and roadshows to advocate for mental health caregiving.• Conducted mental health caregiver trainings to community partners and corporate audiences – titles include – Importance of Self Care, Understanding Self-Empathy and Self- Compassion, Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace etc.
